“Great app and rewards, although the gps doesnt work sometimes”

“Carrot are a good insurance company as they explain everything in your policy and are always there if you ever need any help by phone and email. I got a crack on the windscreen and I contacted carrot, they took some details and put me straight through to the windscreen repair company and the situation was sorted within two days. The reason I haven't give them 5 stars is because my black box/I-box was faulty and still is as it's not recording properly.”

“Carrot gave me the cheapest qoute on my car. Possibly the best first insurance out there for new drivers, as you can earn your money back depending on how you drive. Overall im happy with carrot, great customer service too!”

“its always easy to charge ppl, the problem is when companies need to refund. They charge me next 1000!after cancelation of my insurance ( 1200 to much) and make me rly a lot of problems, useless company, Thats all what i can say about them”
