“Have had no luck with my black box Carrot staff seem to be useless Had my black box re fitted and had nothing but problems with it as it keeps cutting out my dash board and randomly flashing lights Really not happy with the overall service and cannot wait to change my insurance provider”

“i feel this insurance company offer a brilliant service to young drivers, it's hard enough when young to start out so to have a company like this who do there best to offer competitive prices and incentives is welcome will always advise my friends to try when they pass their test.”

“Firstly, the service in which you provide is very efficient and extremely helpful. Secondly the apps in which allow you to review your driving style score is good as it allows you to make improvements, however on that note I wish as a customer I was made more aware of what the driving was tested on. When buying my insurance with carrot it was only bought to my attention that my driving score was tested on keeping to the speed limits not other factors such as smoothness. This is very irritating as my smoothness score is always very low due to the surfaces of the road which I drive on which I cannot help as a result my score is always lowered. My score remains at round 6-7 and for the 3 months being with this insurance I haven't abused the speed once so this does make me consider finding other insurers. Lastly, I still have not recieved my carrot insurance card. Shannon bryant”

“I am very happy with the service Carrot have provided me. I have been with them for nearly 3 months now and am very satisfied. One problem is their opening hours clashed with my working hours, I could not call them after work as they were closed. They do not open weekends either so I had to process my insurance quote online in the end. I check my score on the app after every journey I make and this encourages me to try and increase my score each time. I would recommend this company to everyone!”

“Over all I think that this is a good insurance company but there are a few things I would personally change but they are only miner things, such as the money back you don't get a lot of money for driving well just a quarter of the 15% which isn't very much and if someone speeds and realises it and goes back to normal speed I don't think they should get a point for it unless they have been speeding for a more than mile or so then getting a point is fair enough.”

“Good prices for first time drivers! The carrot card is a good extra to have aswell! However the mileage limit is the only thing I'm not too keen on, especially as I wasnt told I that it could only be paid in a lump sum rather than monthly payments after a certain date within your policy!”

“I love the system it's good to know that I am being recorded and it's reassuring my car broke in December and carrot were on the phone right away to make sure I was ok and to wish me back on the road soon. The idea of cash rewards is brilliant gives you an incentive to drive safe as much as you can. My insurance is so much cheaper with carrot. Love it!!!!!”
