“I would not recomend using carrot insurance, Yes they are the cheapest insurance when your quotes are coming up for the first time but the hidden charges are topping up miles this means you actually pay more than other insurance quotes, This year alone i have had to top up 3 times and each time cost me just over £200 a go so that £600 on top of insurance monthly, its an actually joke so i would recomend looking at the difference from carrots quote to the next quote and work it out how much difference there is between the insurance quotes just because you will need to pay more at some stage with Carrot.”

“I absolutely love Carrot Insurance, I love the fact I can see how my driving is progressing and the fact that my insurance cover is something I can afford. I was quoted ridiculous amounts to insure my vehicle with other insurers and the fact that I have a black box in my car enables me to think a bit more about my driving skills and speed. I work at night and having that peace of mind that I don't have to walk home in the dark anymore is so reassuring. Thank you Carrot Insurance, you've changed my life. I would recommend you to anyone that is looking for new car insurance”

“Being part of carrot insurance for car policy is the best. Never experinced the best service from the team, always helpful and always dealing with the problem i tend to have i am so glad i have been with this car insurance nearly a year and never had problem and to be honest i been telling family and friends about this insurance”

“I have had no issues so far but any queries i made or when i was setting up my policy, the customer service team were wonderful and were able to help me quickly and effectively. It is also great to have an app to show how well each individual drive goes and shows us what rewards we are set to achieve if we continue. I think the rewards are a brilliant incentive to promote safe and good driving. I would definitely love to continue with carrot for as long as possible.”

“This is my first car insurer and I am really happy with there service; I've had a policy with them for a few months now and haven't had any problems. The initial set up was fast and efficient (in terms of black box installation). I can't fault the company really, especially since I have earned rewards for my driving style :)”

“Great customer service and social Interactions,i like the weekly driving score, it pushes me to improve more. However, the cash back rewards are to little, other insurance companies offer £100-200 cash back based on the driving style where as carrots offer up to 20-50 pound cash back.. What shall I do with £20 lol. Other than that it's a fantastic policy, 4 star from me.”

“I can honestly not fault Carrot at all. I am almost coming to the end of my Insurance year and haven't had one problem. One month after I was insured, I was rear-ended a few streets away from home. I rang carrot as soon as I got my car home and the process from claiming damages to my car and getting the repairs done took less than a month. Accident happened 1st September and I had my car back before the end. Everyone I dealt with from the initial call to carrot, then repairs people were all so pleasant and helpful. Ive since changed my vehicle twice, and both times I've spoken to carrot about changing the policy details to another vehicle and getting a new I-box installed, ive not had a problem and everyone has been so helpful. The instalment team were early and efficient, explained everything in great detail and I can't fault any experience ive had so far. Definitely insuring again with them next year. Not only cheap prices but great company overall!”
