“Live chat is very useful, had a few issues at the start of my coverage with the app but they where able to be sorted relatively quickly using it.”

“I used livechat recently for the first time and it was such an easy and comfortable experience, the person I was talking to informed me very clearly of everything and responded to my queries in good time. Very happy with the new livechat system.”

“Really cheap and I have enjoyed the reward scheme - very good incentive! Have had a lot of problems with the app, the team have helped me when it decides not to log my journeyed but it is an ongoing issue.”

“Fair price. Black box score is accurate and fair. Polite customer service however very slow at responding. I would much prefer customer service on the phone. However, when you did have customer service via phone it took them around 40 minutes to answer.”
