“I’ve been trying to contact them as I’m changing my car and my new car hasn’t got Bluetooth and I use the app I’ve tried to call and do the live chat to see what Will happen and will I be able pay to have the wingman in my car”

“Really easy to use the better driving app! A lot less stressful installing telematics onto my phone than other companies! Price was so much better than other insurance companies for my first car! Live chat is good once you pass the robot assistant!”

“I’ve not been with the company long but so far I’ve no complaints, they can be a bit tricky to get in touch with over the phone or live chat, but whoever I spoke to was super friendly and got my problem resolved.”

“Fantastic, speedy service. This insurance company is perfect for me and also really cheap! I’ve had no problem and the webchat is super easy to use! The team are a great help and always there to answer any questions you may have. Everything is controlled through the app which is also really easy to use and simplified to make everything a dab hand easier ! 10/10 I give carrot insurance top marks!”

“Good customer service, the wingman never works properly it picks up when I’m in someone else’s car and tracks their driving!!!! So I’ve been marked lower when it isn’t even my car!! Not given treats every week even though I’m owed them. Sick of chasing it”
