“When the app works, the experience is very seamless. However, sometimes the app doesn’t work or incorrectly calculates your speed/driving score. But once I have raised this with carrot insurance the issue is normally resolved very quickly”

“2nd year with carrot as I’ve just renewed. Great way of rewarding drivers by giving vouchers. Never had a problem would recommend”

“Carrot are a good insurance company, I liked being able to get vouchers through good driving. The customer service is good but predominantly through online chats, which was good but can be annoying when you just want to talk through issues with an operator. Overall a good insurance company”

“Please please do not go with this company they am a rip off will do anything to cancel the policy and take the money and the tell you easier if you cancel the policy then charge you cancellation fees and you carnt even speak to anyone it's live chat please stay away the little bit ov saving u get not worth all the hassle you have”

“The app I use with Carrot Insurance records my journeys and rates my driving with a score. 80% of my journeys have been recorded correctly and I’ve been given a good score of 8 overall for my first week of driving with the app. When I have had a query the online chat has been quick and effective. I’m looking forward to seeing what treats and rewards Carrot will give me for my good driving.”

“Price is good for a relatively new driver with past claims. Customer services are excellent with dealing with any complaints or issues and also refunds. I Made a complaint last month which was responded to quickly and I was issued a refund and compensation which was in my bank account within the hour. Highly recommend”

“They are always on hand to quickly resolve any queries. It’s good for me to track my driving and earn treats every week for driving well! The price was good for insurance and you can connect to the app as soon as you download and have a Bluetooth connection to the car. It’s quick easy and simple. The only thing stopping a 5 star review is the app sometimes malfunctions and does not record journeys however the staff on the live chat quickly resolve this issue for me.”
