“Really happy with my renewal price, more than halved for the second year based on my driving score for the year! Only downfall for me is the new live chat. I think there should be other ways of contact or a number to call in more urgent matters.”

“It was easy to sort out at the begining, i had to change my useage from sd&p to sf&p commuting which was easy and straight forward. Only reason not 5* is sometimes the app will give you a 10 x 3 score but when go back in later it changes!!!!!! But is good to keep a track on how im doing.”

“Carrot has always been more than helpful when it comes to questions/ queries or even complaints. Live chat service is quite good. Call service has been trouble at times when being transffered, wait time is reasonable.”

“Friendly service, quick and easy. However, as with every insurer a £35 “admin” fee for changing my reg plate is extortion considering she changed it whilst I was on the line.. £35 for 4 seconds seems like a good kind of job to have!”

“Really good service with the Live Chat. Very clear journeys recorded. But sometimes randomly tracks just because I’ve walked past my car or sat in it after stopping??? Overall good insurance”

“Twitter customer service is always helpful and very quick, not sure on the new live chat system it’s very robotic but despite all the bad review I read before joining I have never had a problem and am very happy with my insurance and great price too☺️”
