“Carrot car insurance is a very easy insurance to understand and abide by! I’ve had a very pleasant experience with them, I started my insurance through phone call and the lady was very helpful and understanding of me, and made it simple to understand the policy! Yes customer service is a little hard to get hold of but the live chat is a very useful tool to be able to use if you need help ASAP. I would recommend carrot insurance to my friends as it’s cheap and easy to follow.”

“Very easy app to use, no fuss no drama and the customer service team are always very helpful - only problem is it takes about 30-40 minutes to get through to speak to someone! Other than that it’s a really good app!”

“Good Insurance company for when you're looking to reduce costs. It takes a while to get in contact when there is an issue however the issue is always resolved and the customer service is good. You get weekly treats which is good for motivation. I would reccommend Carrot insurance.”

“Price was cheaper than other companies. Brilliant customer service and very polite but it takes days to get hold of them even though they have several different ways of contacting them. Top up miles weren’t too expensive. Completed a new method of box application and received the points on my account without hesitation.”

“I haven’t been with you long but so far I’ve had a good experience. It does take a while to get through to someone on the phone or live chat but quick service when I needed the wingman delivered to my house it was here in 2 days.”

“I have recently just just renewed my car insurance Carrot Insurance for the second year and I have next to no complaints. The only issue i have is it takes too long to get through to the team on the phone other than that everything is great. all of the customer service advisors are nice, the price of the insurance is the lowest i have seen and they are quick to help you with any queries you have on the phone. however i have also had a few issues with them not receiving my emails.”

“Carrot insurance is the shittiest company I wouldn’t recommend it in a million years ..... they are quick enough to to send letters emails etc when they think you’ve done something wrong but try getting in touch with them and nobody answers the phone .... been trying to speak to someone for 8 days now and all you get is a recorded message of I’m sorry we’re talking to other carrot customers...... and once again it’s the same with live chat ..... fuming is an understatement 😤”

“I went over my mileage and got in touch with Carrot - it’s very hard to get in touch via phone but you usually get an email response after a few days so I managed to get in touch with someone. Because of my quite good driving score, I’m only paying £500 for 6000 miles which is being split over my remaining months of policy. I’ve never had any issues with Carrot apart from the slow response time, so if you get in touch before your mileage goes over, you should be OK in time!”

“Carrot insures me with no issues, the page froze and I made a double payment on my card! I called Carrot and they issued me a refund which will be processed within 5 working days which is great only con is that I was waiting to get through to the customer service team for a while!”

“I had to do a claim and all of the staff via customer service on the phone was really helpful. I received gifts from good driving every week which was a plus for me. I received things like gift voucher for Amazon, costa coffee and halfords...all of which i use all the time anyways.”
