“I’ve been trying to contact them as I’m changing my car and my new car hasn’t got Bluetooth and I use the app I’ve tried to call and do the live chat to see what Will happen and will I be able pay to have the wingman in my car”

“Really easy to use the better driving app! A lot less stressful installing telematics onto my phone than other companies! Price was so much better than other insurance companies for my first car! Live chat is good once you pass the robot assistant!”

“I’ve not been with the company long but so far I’ve no complaints, they can be a bit tricky to get in touch with over the phone or live chat, but whoever I spoke to was super friendly and got my problem resolved.”

“Customer service is all online trying to get a call back is like getting blood out of a stone. They don’t seem to want to help and all give the same answers like they are robots. App doesn’t work properly and you received two treats a Halfords voucher for £3 and costa voucher for £3 don’t be fooled by treat it’s not worth it. It is a company for making Money they don’t care about their customers. Stay away at all costs.”
