“Difficult to get hold of, calls are never given even when you request one. Staff seem to be very rude. The drivers app never works.”

“They are very helpful and have great opportunities for drivers, there online service with talk to people with there problems, is very helpful they get back to you straight away and will give you all the information you need and if you need to be on other pages send you the links to do this. I’d recommend carrot insurance as it gives people the opportunities they need when first driving.”
