“Now the app is set up it is easy to use. However, to begin with my password did not work and as I purchased the insurance on a Saturday evening, I was not able to contact anyone for help until the Monday morning as the customer support live chat closes at 1pm on Saturdays and does not reopen until 9am on Monday. It would be helpful if there was some opening times on Sundays too, perhaps 9-1pm like the Saturday”

“It's really frustrating that you can't just call someone, I ended up going round and round in circles answering questions then the conversation timing out due to a busy life. When I finally got it sorted it was easy to change car details but frustrating there's a charge to change anything like if you have a new house and car.”

“Fair price. Black box score is accurate and fair. Polite customer service however very slow at responding. I would much prefer customer service on the phone. However, when you did have customer service via phone it took them around 40 minutes to answer.”

“Price was the best on the market, I’m 4 months into my policy now and I’ve only had 1 issue where my phone would not connect to my car, but I emailed them and had it sorted within the 2 day’s they had promised.”

“Reply to emails were 2 weeks late. After having the blackbox fitted a week later I get txt to say it hasn’t been fitted. The is no app for new drivers, need to log on website to check dashboard which is annoying.”
