“Absolutely awful! Have had my insurance with them for nearly a year now and after numerous of messages and phone calls to sort out the reoccurring issue NOTHING has still been done. The carrot box simply doesn't work, I have to contact them every month asking what's happening with this and I get the same response! Nothing has been done. I have about 2 weeks left for this year's insurance and I certainly won't be renewing. It has only tracked 50miles since last February. Making it pointless for me to use the rewards as it isn't being tracked!”

“I stuggled to make a payment and got in touch with someone on the live chat. They helped me so much and found a way to work with me so payment could be made. They was supportive making sure everything was ok. It’s the best insurance I have come across. By far the best service I have had when it comes to car insurance and I recommend carrot insurance to many others.”

“Everything has been straight forward from the start, their customer service team is extremely helpful and their live chat option is efficient and easy to use, all queries can be answered on there which is great as you don't have to wait in ridiculously long call queues! I would recommend this insurance company for their insurance prices, cheapest I could find. Setting up my black box was very easy, all done through the app - a few photos of my car and my documents and everything is good to go. Automatically connects with my car making it easier for if I'm ever in a rush! Saves the hassle of someone coming out to fit it I really cannot recommend this insurance company enough, brilliant from start to finish.”
