“Absolutely awful! Have had my insurance with them for nearly a year now and after numerous of messages and phone calls to sort out the reoccurring issue NOTHING has still been done. The carrot box simply doesn't work, I have to contact them every month asking what's happening with this and I get the same response! Nothing has been done. I have about 2 weeks left for this year's insurance and I certainly won't be renewing. It has only tracked 50miles since last February. Making it pointless for me to use the rewards as it isn't being tracked!”

“I stuggled to make a payment and got in touch with someone on the live chat. They helped me so much and found a way to work with me so payment could be made. They was supportive making sure everything was ok. It’s the best insurance I have come across. By far the best service I have had when it comes to car insurance and I recommend carrot insurance to many others.”
