“Always happy with the service provided by Carrot! The only thing I dislike is that you cannot ring and speak to anyone, this isn’t as personal and sometimes hard to explain or get your point across! Also my app hasn’t worked for a long time, I have gotten in touch a few times but nothing seems to be resolved”

“Can only contact carrot insurance via live chat, takes a while to connect and get hold of someone on the phone. The app is useless I constantly have issues with it. Even after getting in contact with someone for help the app still doesn’t work”

“Carrot has always answered my questions and even when, due to my fault, the insurance had to he cancelled they still accepted me back without failure. They have the cheapest price for new drivers too ! Excellent service !”
