“Over all very good, just dont agree with how you base the speed off how other drivers have driven when it's my insurance not theres”

“Great customer service, Live chat was very helpful with my enquires and questions I had with the insurance. Very polite and patient with the amount of questions I have asked. Would 100% recommend this insurance to any new drivers. Keep it up :)”

“Relatively affordable insurance, however I find my black box is very sensitive to speed bumps and smoothness drops because of them.”

“I have had really good customer service and communication from Carrot. The black box fitting was simple and relatively easy to arrange. Great incentive with the rewards per week. Really easy dashboard.”

“Great insurance for new drivers. The box was fitted with no problem. Great incentives to drive well with a fabulous selection of vouchers. So impressed with them and the discount for next year have renewed for my daughter.”

“Starting my insurance with Carrot was simple and easy. They made the experience clear by telling me in every detail what I needed to do, as a young adult sorting insurance can be confusing and hard, but not with carrot. The reward system is a great way to motivate you to drive safe.”

“Cheapest and great customer service, even though at the start I tried to call as soon as I went on to live chat they resolved everything in one. From validation to general queries. Better system for live chat than waiting on hold for at least half hour like I did in the first place. Overall a great experience so far”
