“This insurance seems to be a very new company in the way it works. Its very hard to actually speak with a human regarding most subjects. Most things are covered by online contact which is great when it is manned and run properly. Some subjects someone will contact you via email after a few days which is just not helpful when you want an answer straight away. The app had a tendency to stop working on more than one occasion but it did provide me with many tears so seemed to be recording their end. The app is not easy to transfer over to new phones so beware. I would not recommend a phone app a black box is alot easier.”

“The insurance was cheap, I was always able to find available the online services, online chats has been so good and helpful, staff have been so amazing, and insurance has been cheap and affordable too.”

“Not open on sundays so you can’t change vehicle or get anything done on that day. Cheaper quotes elsewhere. Very expensive for extra miles on blackbox”

“Brilliant customer service with the unique fast response with the chatting system always someone available to help. Cheapest quote for renewal on insurance And even better you get points for driving safe you can shop at places like newlook!!!”

“There a really great car insurance any problems I have they sort it out there and then. The live chat is a great way to get in touch rather then staying on the phone trying to get through to someone.”

“Good customer service but with the black box I go the same place at the same time each day and some times I can get a low score for using the car at that time and other days it will be a 10”

“Carrot has blown me away with their quality of customer service. I have never been more impressed by the service I have received regarding any purchase in my entire life. The customer service live chat team have go to be the best out there. Very quick and simple to use. The price of insurance exceeds expectations, it is the cheapest I could find with 2 days of research. Overall, will definitely be a happy customer :)”

“Overall very pleased with the company and service the live chat team are always helpful and deal with any problems. I find it’s a really good price overall aswell. Only slight issue is sometimes my journeys don’t seem to record properly - my app freezes a fair bit. But I am still very happy with the company on a whole :D”

“Overall good blackbox insurance, however price is too much for me personally. Also the scoring system for journeys with the blackbox is quite unfair.”
