“I have been with carrot a year now, just renewed my insurance with them, i love there policy and the rewards they offer you for good driving. The price was the cheapest around and was very easy to sign up, they answered all my questions before i even joined with them, they take good care of there customers, there live chat is super fast to get through to somebody. I have always recommended them to friends and family and my followers. I had a problem with my black box and they was fully understanding that i was pregnant and gave me some support, the team is amazing! Carrot insurance is the best by far!”

“Great customer service. App is very easy to use. I would recommend adding additional driver on at the start, when you have taken the policy out it can be pricey.”

“They’ve been rather helpful and they’ve helped with a claim I put through against someone else. Their black box prices are probably the best you can get but they’re very fair when it comes to driving times, speed and time of day. I haven’t had any issues with their services and the customer care team is very good and responsive. My car was hit on the side by another car but they take time to invalidate but also speak to you and ensure you’re fine. Lastly they’re always looking to get you back on the road after a accident that wasn’t your fault. I’ve had another black box company but by far Carrot is the best.”

“They’re good I had a few issues at the start but they’re pretty good. I drive when I want to drive even late at night. They’re probably the best and most affordable black box policy out there. Other companies give you warnings for driving after 11pm as long as you drive reasonably they’re good. My old company used to give me bad scores for driving at 9am and anytime after 3pm to 6pm because it’s the “rush hour period” but they’ve been good p, certainly the best company for insurance.”

“Have been with carrot for a year now and will be renewing with them next month! They have been so cheap and helpful, whenever I needed them someone was always there to talk to. Have always had issues with previous company’s before but since being with carrot, it has been so much better. Would really recommend them!”

“Very good, made me feel very secure with the purchase I was making and great customer service ensured this. However, over the phone I was not informed I would have to send over certain documents but that’s no problem as I have no issue with this. I would recommend this insurance to win.”

“Carrot was promising on price but frankly have Very poor in several areas. Their phone service has left me waiting over an hour and twenty mins. Their carrot wingman is absolutely terrible and never connects to my car, it has even connected to other peoples cars. I have also been threatened with a cancellation of policy, which was based solely on a mistake on their end. My policy was much cheaper with carrot than with other companies but I don’t believe the price is even worth it. Definitely WOULD NOT recommend carrot to anyone unless something significantly changed...”

“The app hasn't worked for 9 months of my year with Carrot Insurance. So therefore, have not reveived my "treats" for all this time. Was promised serveral times my issue was being investigated and nothing ever changed. Will noy be renewing.”
