“I wanted insurance for second driver and they denied and didnt even give reason said its nothing we cant do and left me with disappointment even I pay so much money for a black box and insurance and especially now in this difficult times I wanted to keep safe my husband to drive to work with car as he is key worker but they didnt help at all and left me with nothing. Disappointed and angry. 100% when my insurance policy finishing I will change to different insurance, and how can be the company you can contact only by live chat. How ridiculous is that!”

“Customer service is really fast and helpful, the price was the lowest quote I had for my first year of insurance, black box was fitted asap with no issues and the new driver dashboard is very easy to use. It's also very motivating that we get rewarded for good driving.”

“Carrot insurance, so easy to use via the driving app and always happy to help with any questions or problems. Best way and quickest way to sort any problems is via their online chat service, always use this way and every time my questions or problems are sorted straight away! Definitely worth taking out insurance with them, they are so reasonably priced as well.”

“I took out a blackbox policy with carrot insurance and the whole process was just quick and easy. From filling out my details to getting the box fitted it was all simple and straight forward. Even the blackbox app is great it shows exactly how many miles I’ve done and the scores of my journeys”

“They have a really good phone line were the phone operators are very patient and give clear instructions or answers to whatever you need to know. They also have the best price for first year insurance as to any other company. I've had nothing but great service from them so far.”
