“Was happy with my first year insurance, very easy live chat policy changes... because I like to change my vehicle a lot haha. Gave me a brilliant renewal quote cheaper than all others on the market. Just Great!!!”

“This insurance company is amazing it’s My second year of driving and gave me an amazing quote for my car insurance! Customer service is amazing too really helpful! They helped me get all my documents across. They are doing so well in this pandemic!”

“Today I received a call about my one star review because of the communication issues I had over the last couple of days. I spoke to a kind man who was willing to help me with any questions that I had and offered to round my point up to 500 for the trouble that I had. He was very friendly and nothing was too much for him and I really appreciate the help that he gave me. Could not ask for better service.”

“It would be my first year with carrot insurances, they were very helpful when setting the insurance up online and gave me all the information I needed. It was also very easy to book my black box fitting in.”

“I’ve had good experiences with the staff using online chat, staff have always been polite and knowledgable. Carrot insurance had the lowest price option for me by far, being a young driver I struggle to find good price options even with a black box. Installing the box was quick and easy to set up and the man who fitted it was very polite and efficient. Not to mention the black box it’s self which is really easy to follow on the dashboard website and the option to earn rewards is INCREDIBLE.”
