“We had to advise Carrot Insurance that my car battery had failed so they would not be seeing any readings. The Live Chat, even in the current circumstances eorked perfectly and the lady on the other side was polite and helpful. Thank you.”

“Avoid! They don’t care about customers once they’ve got your money! Cheap but if you need to contact them you’re screwed. Very unhelpful and do not want to talk over the phone for anything so it’s live chat only. Customer service is useless. Only going with the big insurers from now on, this one is a scam.”

“With the virus that is going on its been hard communicating and getting my insurance sorted however online chat has been very helpful and friendly and helped me sort out everything perfectly! I couldn’t have got my insurance sorted without this company”

“Much better price than other insuarance companies which was a massive bonus! If I have ever had any questions the live chat has been very helpful and always sorted out my query. Staff have been friendly and professional. I would definitley recommend carrot to other new drivers.”

“Great insurance, love the details the black box gives, encourages better driving. Weekly reward points are also big encouragement for driving well with free money for this. Have just renewed and didn’t even look for any other provider.”
