“Carrot have been my first and only insurance provider as of yet and provided me with an excellent renewal price a few months ago. When I had my black box fitted initially it was very easy to arrange and the employee who came out to do it was friendly and efficient. I had some issues initially with personal documents, which is why my review isn’t 5*, but I got in touch and the problem was quickly resolved but it did somewhat inconvenience me at the time.”

“Customer service has been second to none ! Very helpful with every need. The app is very useful and clear about your policy. The treats are a great way to persuade young drivers to improve their driving score by driving safely. I recommend this insurance company to beginners and even we’ll experienced drivers.”

“This company was the first company to insure me as a driver. Even though I wasn't a good driver with my blackbox they gave me a lot of chances and I am very pleased with my experience with them. I would recommend this company to anyone who is a new driver.”

“I am insured with Carrot Insurance for my second year of driving, and they had the most competitive price by far. If ever I have had an issue, it was really easy to get in contact with the customer service team who respond quickly and solve any problems as soon as they can. I am really happy to be insured with Carrot Insurance and am looking forward to receiving the rewards from the black box scoring system. 🥕 🚗”

“Very competitive prices, the cheapest most reliable insurance company out there! I am a first time driver and I am within my first year of driving and being insured by yourselves and pleased to say I am very happy that I chose this company as they are very reliable and even set you targets to be able to achieve different vouchers. Dependant on how good your score is with a black box. The customer service is very quick and efficient if I ever have a problem its always sorted on the spot with no waiting around. I’m glad I made the decision to go with this insurance company.”

“Good monthly prices for first time drivers, really great breakdown cover that covers so many things that other companies don’t do and rewards for your black box system that you can claim as vouchers. Haven’t experienced my renewal yet but so far seems good”

“Very happy with Carrot insurance. Whenever I have an issue I can contact them via live chat and they're always happy to explain. The app, and scoring is quite confusing sometime, for example you think you're doing the under the limit, but you'll get marked down for driving faster than the safe speed, sometimes this is hard to predict. Overall a very good insurance company, and you get rewarded for driving good, which is a bonus.”
