“Been with carrot for almost a year and I’ve got to say every time I need to ask a question or have any concerns they are absolutely brilliant at helping! I always thought the live chat would be a waste of time but it’s AMAZING! I don’t usually like talking on live chats as I don’t feel like I get anywhere but carrots live chat has super quick responses, they are helpful and super friendly! Thank you Carrot 🥕 definitely recommend!”

“Been with carrot just over a year now, very pleased with my renewal quote. Customer service via the online chat is good and always get my problems resolved. Enjoy how I recieve weekly vouchers, overall I'm happy with carrot.”

“This is my second year with Carrot, I can't recommend it enough! it's amazing for new drivers as it gives you incentive to drive well with vouchers for places like Amazon or even food shops! Also, the live chat feature was brilliant I was at first a little sceptical if I would like it as I was used to talking on the phone but it's so much quicker with live chat! Endnote: I LOVE IT!”

“After a bit of a rough start to my policy last year, carrot have redeemed themselves by improving their communication with customers! I have recently renewed my policy due to these improvements. Also it’s the cheapest by far!!”
