“The box fitted to monitor my driving hardly works, it only ever has one or two journeys recorded and updates them when it feels like it, they are both dated a while ago but they update from now on those dates still. The signal is terrible as I was accused of speeding because the signal jumped from the dual carriageway to a local street”

“Still awaiting for my carrot card shame you get rated poorly for driving after 11. Be good to be shown on a map where you have gone over the speed limit on a journey to prevent further poor ratings on that road”

“The whole rewards scheme is great and how I can check my score, but I don't understand the score system, I could do 1 journey in a day and get a score of 4 for usage, I think that it's a bit of a joke sometimes”
