“Carrot insurance itself is fine, it's expensive, but for young drivers they all are. The site is easy to use and the app is User-friendly. Communications are what let it down. I arranged for my black box to be fitted and I waited in the whole day and no one came; I did not receive a phonecall. However, I rearranged and .that was fine. I think the driving scores are pretty good apart from the 'usage' rating. Overall it's decent, but just let down by the customer service side.”

“Fantastic prices. Terrible customer services, tried multiple times to contact them about an issue with my policy to no avail. They then canceled my policy due to the mistake which I tried to amend, less than a month after I took my policy out and paid two month deposit!!”

“Carrot organised to have a box fitted into my car and all good it was fitted but...10 days after I got a call and a letter saying carrot was going to cancel my policy due to box not being fitted! COMMUNICATION SKILLS BAD. Also the usage on the driving score is bad even though I put down high miles. I tried calling through I was waiting on hold for 1 and a half hours then the woman cut off the phone! Not happy”

“Good service, however sometimes the scores are a but out in my opinion, and also I have to commute evry day and the usage scores i receive ate low even though ive put high mileage down”

“I'm really happy with the service I am receiving and love the fact that I can check how my driving is it enrages me to try better the only problem I have is I don't know how I get my rewards as I haven't yet received my carrot card other that I would highly recommend to first driver”

“Carrot is good for it's price. For a young driver who got mugged off by other insurance providers carrot has been the best. It lets me monitor my driving quickly through an app on my iPhone and they were the cheapest I could find. However, the waiting times to get through to their customer service team has been over 40 minutes each time. This is not great.”
