“Appalling. They insured the wrong car. Tried to say it was my error. Wanted to charge to change it. It’s a cheek forcing me to put one star. Awful experience”

“The heater vents were spray painted (prior to us buying the vehicle and we assumed that was standard) which we didn't know was a modification and they cancelled our policy. They said it was a major modification. I think we got a good deal and they decided they needed to get out of it so came up with any excuse! Be very careful!!!”

“The whole idea of reward points is a good thing but I don't think how you get the points is done very well. Also calling customers services takes about 30 minutes which is far too long, perhaps you should have more staff to answer calls but once you do get through service has been good”

“Phone services are abit slow and it would be nice to have a live chat on the website also an option instead of ringing up all the time but other than that its a grate”

“The wait time to speak to customers services was disgraceful, I tried to contact them to increase the mileage allowance on my 20 year old son's policy after to waiting on hold for more than 45 minutes I had to terminate the call because I need to attend an appointment. It's just not acceptable to have to wait for what was more than 45 minutes with out even manage to speak to them. Not looking forward in trying to speak to them after I finish work as I expect the wait will be even longer”

“Carrots is the cheapest price wise The rating driving is not fair. You are punished severely if you drive badly on one occasion but if you drive safely on a daily basis it take forever to gain a good overall score. Sometimes the reading of the telematics box is not correct especially if you are in traffic on the motorway :(”
