“Ques on the phone are a bit lengthy but otherwise no complaints, always helpful when you do ring and am hoping to see the benefits of my black box.”

“Very stratified with using carrot insurance . They are a good company which motivate young drivers to drive well and give them the correct recognition for doing so, especially when it can be hard being a first time driver . The helplines could improve the time customers need to wait before speaking to an adviser , but overall I highly rate this insurance to anyone !”

“Very UI friendly application, lets me track miles, driving style (0-10), rewards. Overall service is Excellent, insurance fo young drivers used to be worrying, they made it a great and friendly experience/welcome!”

“The rewards system is pretty good. Only thing I feel is not that great is the iBox, it sometimes reads that I've been driving poorly but I drive the same style every time I drive. Other than that it's great!”

“I have been driving to the exact speed limit etc and I am always scored good from them, there had been a time when I was falsely accused of speeding I was given a warning but I think they looked into it and Decided not to take it any further, apart from that it's alright”

“My names Charlie I'm 21 and I was made to think insuring a car was a lot of hassle but carrot was quick and easy, The website was easy to understand and booking a time for the black box to be fitted was very straight forward. thanks carrot”

“All very clear and smooth transaction & at a great price to the rest of the high street/companies selling insurance, everyone I spoke to were great, and I could understand them very clearly. The guy that came out to fit black box was very polite and helpful. Will now look at changing all my insurance policies to them when they are up for renewal.”

“Overall I've been pleased with being insured with Carrot. All the staff I spoke to on the phone and the engineer were all pleasant and friendly. My only problem is that for driving for about 4 minutes down the road at around 11:30pm I got a -9.48 score when there is meant to be no curfew.”
