“Having paid for the insurance for my daughter, have been impressed with how well they keep us informed about her driving with the black box. It really makes her take care with her driving, the incentives help also. keep up the good work.”

“I think that carrot is very helpful, the dashboard is very easy to use and simply laid out. I have a very heavy foot when i am driving and i got a reminder email to let me know when i have just been going a bit to fast this was also very helpful and made me realise my speed much more.”

“As an insurance company carrot are great, cheapest price and rewards don't go a miss. Whoever the underwriter is however forgot to add my vehicle to the motor insurance database so I am at risk of being pulled over (should be ammended within 24hrs but for being 4 months in, it's not right)”

“I was recommend by my partner, and carrot was the cheapest insurance. Black box was fitted quickly and at a time that suited me, and the online dash is very informative when checking driving score. Only issue was paying a £35 charge for a mistake in my policy information which I feel is extortion.”

“Cheapest quote i could find but disapppointed that the ibox judges me on smoothness etc the roads i drive on are full of potholes an this shouldnt affect my score . Speed limits when you are being bullied by other drivers for driving at 30 wrong my score goes down ! Buying extra miles is wrong we pay enough for insurance then have to pay £500 for extra miles !”

“As a first time driver I compared the market and carrot came up the cheapest to have my car insurance with. I haven't had any issues with carrot and I appreciate the reviews they give me on my driving to help me improve. I have just had an email informing me my first quartley rewards are due and the only criticism I have is that carrot could explain more about how it works and how to claim the rewards. Overall good service.”
