To be fair, I have had no need to get in touch, thankfully had no incidents or accidents.

When I purchased car insurance I need to include temporary aupair cover as we have an aupair for several months each year and they need to drive our car. Sometimes the aupairs only stay with us a couple of months so we have to add new ones. Although I explained this to Customer Services when I take out cover I am still charged each time I add or remove a named driver, which I think is very unfair as the amendment fees are usually about £50 each time just to change or remove a name!!

The most difficult part was providing proof of nine years NCB when everything is on line.

Easy to take out but hard to get anything back. I had an accident earlier this year but ended up withdrawing the claim and accepting the cost of repairs myself. After reporting the incident (on a Friday morning) Endsleigh took a week to reply and eventually when they did, their tone was more aggressive than helpful.
