“Once policy taken out discovered I couldn't drive other vehicles third party. Tried to switch vehicle half way through cover to be told their underwriter won't insure my new vehicle so I would have to pay a £75 cancellation fee.”

“We've had contents insurance with Endsleigh for 2 years. This year the premium increased from £111 to £1025 (No - that's not a typo...!!!) Nothing had changed and we've never had to make a claim. I rang Endsleigh and was told that that's just the sort of increases that the insurer RSA was making this year. The Endsleigh employee confirmed that they had made no effort to investigate the unjustified increase or to quote for cover with an alternative insurer. Shockingly lazy - needless to say we've moved elsewhere.”

“Very poor... currently still waiting on them to finalise this claim.... Very disappointing being pushed from pillar to post !! Once the policy is finished I will be looking elsewhere for a diffrent insurance company ... Nothing but hassle this one is!!”

“Currently undergoing a claim, not heard a bean from them since we contacted them about it a week ago, don't know if they've seen our car yet, or if they've moved it for inspection purposes so we're not even sure where our car is. Doubt we'll be renewing with them”

“Very difficult to have any sort of communication regarding policies. When it came to insure another vehicle, the quote was astronomical compared to my original quote. They then refused to change policy as the new car was too old, in fact it was younger than the previous car.”
