“Poor service needed to alter policy they could not do it the day we phoned. They phoned back day after when they could not contact insurance company. Not the service you expect from this company. We were backed into a corner to accept the increase they came up with as the car was needed for work at 7 am next morning. Promised they would make our feelings known. No further contact from them.will be looking to change when renewel due.”

“I was happy with everything until it came to insuring my new car. I was informed by an advisor when I called the call centre, that I had to pay up my insurance policy on the car that was written off as well as my new car!! I was not happy about this, as I thought when my previous car was written off, that was the end of the policy for that car!! Definitely not happy!! I will not be renewing and I won’t be recommending you either!”

“Unfortunatly i had to cancel this policy before it was up and running but they still took a big charge of the money paid.Administration fee ! I neaver even drove on the policy. Do not think i would use them again.”

“Endsleigh were good in the beginning, I found it reasonably easy to purchase a policy and view documents, however when I finished being a student and so updated my details my insurance was raised from £1100 a year to over £1800! In summary a good insurance company if you are sure your details will remain the same, if you may need to change the car on the policy or are going to become full time employed, I’d advise against going with them.”

“Ok and good priced insurance for my car but I recently changed my address. First time for 27 years. When advising Endsleigh of this I by phone got charged £30 for what must have been all of 3 mins effort on a computer on their part. Not impressed in being ripped of for £30 for this very small change.”

“Rubbish!! They took a payment out the day before I was paid and because there was insufficient funds they charged me 20 pounds on top of what I usually pay! i wasn't made aware that would happen and I'm not happy about it”

“Very disappointed with Endsleigh, when the policy was sold, the information provided was very unclear (ie whether my overseas no claims would be accepted or not), when I complained, Endsleigh hid behind legal clauses and was very unprofessional to say the least. To end with, my NCB was accepted, fair enough, but in no way did you make me want to stay with you. As a result of this poor service, I will be moving on to a more ethical insurer as soon as I gain my years' NCB, this is a shame as you target graduates who will most likely have insurance needs in the years to come. However, there is no point attracting us if you are not willing to provide a service that will make us want to stay.”

“Endsleigh need to stop using a credit provider and simply start taking monthly direct debits like a reasonable company would. Making people waste money on credit is idiotic in this day and age.”
