Having known this I wouldn't have cancelled the policy lost a full yrs no claims and ended up paying for it. Very unfair poor service. "”
“Disgusting Awful DO NOT USE THEM. They lost my car for 9 days then had to phone me and ask me where it was, it then went to a garage three days later i phoned the garage who had been told that it was written off. Its now16 days without a car and I am waiting on the phone now 1hr 30 minutes for the 3rd time calling over 2 days. If I wanted a quote they would have answered within a few minutes as I said disgusting I would never use this company again or there sister company Esure 👎👎👎”
