I asked how much to cancel and was told it wouldn't cost anything. (on the phone recorded calls) Only to receive an email few days later saying I owe money. Having known this I wouldn't have cancelled the policy lost a full yrs no claims and ended up paying for it. Very unfair poor service. "”
