“Very good service, simple and cost effective. Served me well for my first year of car insurance as a student whilst offering a competitive renewal quote. Smart miles is a superb way of being rewarded for smart driving. Not too strict and easy to monitor your progress. Highly recommend especially to students like me.”

“First year driving after passing my test and with a black box with Hastings Direct SmartMiles. After a good year of lots of driving the rewards came in from my black box with a big drop in my insurance cost making driving even more rewarding and joyful. Never had any problems at all with the company and look forward to many more years of insurance with them.”

“Fortunately I have not had to make a claim so don't know how things are in that department, but my premium has been reduced this year as the black box has noted I have been driving with care. That is really good.”
