“It's great for a new driver and keeps track on your driving one thing I don't like is the fact that when you want to come off smart miles you have to pay to take the black box off your car”

“This is my second year with Hastings Direct SmartMiles and the first time, in a long time, that I?ve autorenewed my car insurance. From price, to box installation, the easy to use Dashboard and email communication, I have been nothing but impressed with the quality of service. Highly recommended.”

“Hastings are always soo helpful and friendly over the phone and always eager to go extra mile (mind the pun). Through having a telematics box I saved over ?600 at renewal which was more than half of my first year insurance!!”

“Yes as happy with the annual renewal premium and is considerably less than other insurers quoting through price comparison sites , Hastings was more than ?100 lower than other providers which I?m very pleased about , it had saved me changing and getting another telematics box installed.”

“Always phone to enquire about queries I have and they?re so helpful and happy to be on the phone to you, I normally only phone to ask about my box?s assets or how to set up the app on my phone and they?ve always been brillaint at explaining and great customer service skills”
