“The advisor was very helpful, made a boring task quite entertaining, the only thing I would say could be improved on would be talking to other people in the background. Other than that, great service”

“Ian was a nice chap and easy to work with. No issues with him. However, calling and getting through to someone was difficult and I was on hold for 2 hours on/off trying to get through to a person.”
