“Overall, generally fine. The only problem I had was the waiting time, which wasn't the agent's fault, and also that the person who initially answered the call was unable to deal with the case which seemed a bit pointless. Otherwise, both agents were very polite and got on with it quickly.”

“Ian was great. Really friendly and helpful. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the final quote was higher than what I was origionally quoted even though no details changed. Still cheaper than everyone else though. Would recommend.”

“Ian Quinn was very helpful and friendly. Provided all the information and explained why the initial quotation on the online portal was more, once we had gone though my details. Was not the cheapest but gave satisfaction on been insured. It was nice to have a little humour on the call.”
