“I found Ian to be very patient, professional and he injected a bit of humour to what is usually a tedious process. He explained a few things to me that I wasn't aware of and checked prices when I tested different add ons and excesses etc. Nothing was a hassle to him, which makes you feel you aren't being rushed to make a decision so he can get on to the next caller. Very happy with the service.”
