This must be scam. I insured a vehicle I have owned since new with inure pink and five days later received an email asking for additional information, namely a copy of the V5C. The agent I spoke with advised that the date of ownership and the date of vehicle registration did not match and that was the reason for the query. I supplied the V5C, only to receive a letter asking for more information (same as many other reviewers). I cancelled the insurance immediately, which was well within the 14 day cooling off period, only to be advised that the 10 days of cover had cost the equivalent of 25% of the annual premuim. Not a bad scam they have going on there.

This is the WORST insurance company i ever hat, it was little accident my wife fault, little scratch, and then they took of me 3 years no claim bonus, but my no claim bonus is always protected, but they said it wasn't, and i can't get back from them, costumer service is disguising, every single time they have different story's, liars. The only way to take them to court. People don't buy insurance from this company, because they gonna rip you off DISGUISTING COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don’t use this company, thought I was getting a good deal but within days after policy confirmed got an email saying they needed more information and copies of documents. When I rang them to say I had sent documentation I ended up cancelling the policy at a cost of £20. I didn’t feel confident that the price would not change. The payment for the policy came out of my bank straight away but funnily enough the reimbursement would take 3 to 5 working days. Why confirm policy and take full payment and then start pestering for more information! I have ended up going with Churchill who I have used for the last 5 years, foolish me for thinking I was getting a bargain

NEVER AGAIN! I set up my renewal as a direct debit on a phone call, initial payment was taken and then recieved an email today to say my insurance was cancelled due to direct debit being wrong. It's a Sunday so I can't call them as they're not open and now I've no insurance which I was only emailed about this morning at 10am when the insurance was cancelled from midnight. Absolutly fuming as they had the correct details to take the start up payment but now apparently they are wrong. Will never use them again, would rather pay an extra £100 than deal with this stress. WORST insurance company I've ever used.

Terrible company never using them again. Tried to put in a claim because someone had reversed into my parked car. The guys insurance company has gone into liquidation and insure pink told me the only way to get my car fixed with them is if I pay excess and it will affect my no claim. But they insist the person that hit my car was insured even though they can’t claim off his insurance. Every person I’ve spoken to from insure pink has been unhelpful and rude.

Phoned to cancel my renewal and was persuaded to see if they could improve on their quote. 45 mins later, with a few necessary alterations to my prospective new cover (information that not yet applicable until my new cover started), I was told based on this information they could no longer insure me and had to cancel my current cover, charging me a cancellation fee. Despite the manager listening back to the utterly misleading conversation I had had with the advisor, I was still found to be the one at fault. They have at least now agreed to waive the fee but have still cut short my cover. Crooks.

Worst company I've ever been with can't contact anybody for one. When my policy was three months old they tryed to cancel my policy as they believed I had a speeding offence which I hadn't ( and proved ) customer service is disgusting wouldn't tell me why they believed I had a speeding offence. Never using them or sister company of theres. DO NOT USE !

Monthly premiums went from £27.35 to £47.56 when complained was told I was asked on numerous occasions for information the only information I didnt update on time was no claims bonus as I was waiting for hastings direct to send me this please be careful when dealing with them as you can see my premiums jumped up dramatically

Worst insurers ever. On renewal with no changes quoted for double than previous year. After a year and half of being with them requested my full license details as they suspected me of driving offences, tryed to give them the details with in the 7 days they threatened me with before the cancel my policy yet ever time I tryed to speak to someone I either got pushed from pillar to post or there line was not accepting any more calls. Absolutely disgusting treatment for a loyal customer never ever use them or hastings there parent company again !!

Scammers!! I was looking for a new competitive Insurer and thought I would try one that donates to charity. After trying to complete the application online, the system would not allow me to populate my door number box therefore prompted me to phone the customer service number. The scam: If customer service have to fill out the application with you they charge a hefty admin fee. This time the call centre operative (based in South Africa) said that they would waiver the £25 fee as the fault was on the system?? So not only was I calling South Africa (initially, she was not forthcoming in stating that the call centre was based there) but also I should be grateful that they were wavering an additional £25 fee for admin even before I had completed the application for a new Policy. I did not initially realise that they were linked to Hasting Direct or I would have avoided immediately as they are a group of intimidating bullies. Avoid!! The top three companies recommended on Compare the Market all seem to be linked to Hastings Direct...Avoid if you want peace of mind!

Waited 10 minutes waiting for my call to be answered gave up in the end . No travel option on website to do quote on line. Pink used to be a brilliant insurer for breast cancer patients, I recommended to all, but no more.

If i could give 0 stars i would. Terrible service over the 1 year i was with them. Rude staff and very difficult to deal with. Communication was poor. A number of occasions they would want to discuss details with me but would be very limited on the issues they wanted to discuss. I have been driving a number of years and been with various insurers and by far insure pink are the worst. Will avoid any company to do with Hastings direct!!!
