I have been insured with this company for 3years with no problems. However from june of this year they have started taking an extra£48 per month out of my back account without any warning! All this while I worked right though lockdown as a single parent. I wonder why i was using my overdraft???

This must be scam. I insured a vehicle I have owned since new with inure pink and five days later received an email asking for additional information, namely a copy of the V5C. The agent I spoke with advised that the date of ownership and the date of vehicle registration did not match and that was the reason for the query. I supplied the V5C, only to receive a letter asking for more information (same as many other reviewers). I cancelled the insurance immediately, which was well within the 14 day cooling off period, only to be advised that the 10 days of cover had cost the equivalent of 25% of the annual premuim. Not a bad scam they have going on there.

This is the WORST insurance company i ever hat, it was little accident my wife fault, little scratch, and then they took of me 3 years no claim bonus, but my no claim bonus is always protected, but they said it wasn't, and i can't get back from them, costumer service is disguising, every single time they have different story's, liars. The only way to take them to court. People don't buy insurance from this company, because they gonna rip you off DISGUISTING COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don’t use this company, thought I was getting a good deal but within days after policy confirmed got an email saying they needed more information and copies of documents. When I rang them to say I had sent documentation I ended up cancelling the policy at a cost of £20. I didn’t feel confident that the price would not change. The payment for the policy came out of my bank straight away but funnily enough the reimbursement would take 3 to 5 working days. Why confirm policy and take full payment and then start pestering for more information! I have ended up going with Churchill who I have used for the last 5 years, foolish me for thinking I was getting a bargain

NEVER AGAIN! I set up my renewal as a direct debit on a phone call, initial payment was taken and then recieved an email today to say my insurance was cancelled due to direct debit being wrong. It's a Sunday so I can't call them as they're not open and now I've no insurance which I was only emailed about this morning at 10am when the insurance was cancelled from midnight. Absolutly fuming as they had the correct details to take the start up payment but now apparently they are wrong. Will never use them again, would rather pay an extra £100 than deal with this stress. WORST insurance company I've ever used.

Terrible company never using them again. Tried to put in a claim because someone had reversed into my parked car. The guys insurance company has gone into liquidation and insure pink told me the only way to get my car fixed with them is if I pay excess and it will affect my no claim. But they insist the person that hit my car was insured even though they can’t claim off his insurance. Every person I’ve spoken to from insure pink has been unhelpful and rude.

Phoned to cancel my renewal and was persuaded to see if they could improve on their quote. 45 mins later, with a few necessary alterations to my prospective new cover (information that not yet applicable until my new cover started), I was told based on this information they could no longer insure me and had to cancel my current cover, charging me a cancellation fee. Despite the manager listening back to the utterly misleading conversation I had had with the advisor, I was still found to be the one at fault. They have at least now agreed to waive the fee but have still cut short my cover. Crooks.

easy to insure though had to eventually do it over phone as car was new and this cost me extra.

Worst company I've ever been with can't contact anybody for one. When my policy was three months old they tryed to cancel my policy as they believed I had a speeding offence which I hadn't ( and proved ) customer service is disgusting wouldn't tell me why they believed I had a speeding offence. Never using them or sister company of theres. DO NOT USE !

After searching online for a better quote for my car renewal insurance I found “pink” which was so much cheaper than my existing insurance and the annoying fact is that it was advertised on my existing brokers website without them informing me of this better alternative!

They did hike my policy the last couple of years despite no claims, phoned to cancel. However once they adjusted value of car to current market value (they dont do this automatically) I saved £130 on their initial quote and £40 lower than nearest rival on compare the market. I think non adjustment of the car value is widespread in the industry. Need to re value it with the insurer every year
