“Someone hit my bumper and accepted the liability but am still driving the same car TODAY with but no compensations to help me repair the car. It's taking AGES to get my cheque. Quindell doesn't update you with the file till you call them to inquire when you are getting the cash to repare the car... But when i miss to pay my premium policy by a day... your company is there giving me a fine of 30 pound... sad!!! Having nothing else important to add!!!”

“had to cancel the policy as they would not insure my daughter (new driver 17 years old) still waiting for the £200+ pound return. not good enough. you take our money and don't give it back when needed. its been approx 80 days this is rubbish.”
