had choice a cheap insurance for a cheap customer service! My dad bought a car on 14 Nov, he ask me to help him in order to get a cheap car insurance. I went online and bough Bewiser car insurance with a monthly payments of £57 and £142 deposit! After completion of insurance was taking place, we received a letter with my dad's surname spelt wrong (they have add an "y" to the end of surname) and we had to sign the Credit Agreement and this needs to be sent back in 14 days. Today 23 Nov, my dad got 2 emails confirming that his policy was cancelled without any reson mentioned in the letter and any refunds will be returned in 60 days! A number was providet (7 pence per minute), I have called that number and I have spoked with a very rude lady which she was engaged with an other coversarion when she answer as she was loughping and giggling. I didn't said anything about this and I tought I will or polite and get the answers I need. I have give my dad details (she didn't ask for his permission) and then she put me on hold probably to continue with the conversation, she get back to me after 1 or 2 minutes, confirming that the policy it was cancel on 22 Nov, as Dad didn't call back to confirm details of the policy. In all this time my dad didn't get any phone calls or emails as I have checked his mailbox also he went out of town working as lorry driver and I am sure that he had no internet connection in some areas. When I explain this to this very rude person she replied that is not her problem that we didn't confirm details with in 7 days. As far as I know this should be 7 working days so we have start policy on 14 Nov(sat) policy was canceled on 22 Nov this means 5 working days. I have explain that we received a letter and Credit Agreement should be sent back in 14 days, she explains that is no part of policy and is part of Direct Debit details. Another bad thing is that policy was canceled on 22 Nov, and dad received an email about 5 o'clcok today also a letter attached on 23 Nov, and he was driving the car without policy and without knowing that his car insurance was canceled. This very rude lady she also explain the she only could refund half of the deposit of £71 and there is nothing we can do to put policy back. I have try to explain the they have done a mistake to my dad surname and again she said that they will never touch details on policy(checking previous feedbak this is a constantly issue with this company) I will never spell my Dad wrong after it was my surname for 24y before I get married. So all in once, cheap car insurance, cheap customer service, cheap cheap cheap and rude employers. I will never recomand this company. A further complain will longed as dad drove for a day without knowing that policy was canceled and no enough time giving or letter sent by post to confirm days details. Be wiser and go with a another company!

Van insurance cancelled with no communication or notification. I have been driving about uninsured. The only way I found out was a refund for half a year back into my bank account, so I emailed to ask why? Communication is key, especially in writing.

very poor company , make a quote for you for good price and after they took your details they will send you the policy number they put some mistakes and after you telling them about this mistake they make a high price for the insurance , and when you cancel they charge you. Be aware from this poor company.

Stay away! They charge £35 just to change the address as well as an increase of £316 on a policy that has a few months left on it. If I cancel it, I would have to pay £850 because of the discount I was apparently given despite the fact that my insurance policy is a monthly one. I found this very opportunistic and If this is what they do at a change of address, I can't imagine how they will behave if I were to have an accident.

Be Wiser and find another company. Very bad experience. All they are after is money. they are just a broker not an insurence provider. I insured my car but after few months I could not afford to carry on repairs so I got rid of the car. All payments were uptodate until that moment and I am on Furlough I had other priorities. I contacted them explaining my situation the only thing I did not do is cry and beg. All I got was NOOOOO CAN NOT CANCEL!!!!!!!!!!! but I can swap it to another car. Since I had another car I gave the reg but no one got back to me with a price so after few days I got another insurence company to insure that car. After few days and threating emails mentioning that they were not able to get in touch with me ( Which was a lie), I decided to contact them and ask for an update I got the same answer. CAN NOT CANCEL. Pay the out standing or else send to a debt collector. so in the end I ended up paying the outstanding. Very Bad experience I had with this company. I really wish if i could go back in time I will tell my self not to sign up with them. Please Find another company for your insurence purposes. AVOID

AWFUL company.. would not recommend. Especially for young drivers. Scammers if you ask me. Charging me extra for something that wasn’t even my fault. My choice was pay it or we will cancel your insurance. Very upset and very stressful experience. Wouldn’t wish it on anyone.

Got a quote through go compare paid up and thought that was it only to get a phone call next day to say i had to pay £150 more. NEVER experienced anything like this before. TOTAL scam/rip off. So many companies out there--why use this one?

Avoid them at all costs. They are scammers. They will give you a quote with everything included like No Cliam Protection, Legal Fees, Road Side Assistance . On the final policy you will find everything they promised on the 1st quotation have been withdrawn and the premium is much much higher than what they quoted. You will find it the wrong way once you are involved in an accidents that your NCB was not protected

I'm still trying to get an accident taken off my policy that I never had . It's been going on for three years now. You've inspected my car and know its not been in an accident yet your still charging me high premiums . I've even got on to the Ombudsman. Your an absolute joke . Please everyone avoid like the plague. I've spent hours on the phone being passed from puller to post. I'm still waiting for you to sort my policy out and a refund. It's been three years. Your an absolute disgusting company

I do not comment on anyone, but this company makes money out of nothing, and the staff is very lacking in courtesy. If you want to be in trouble sign an agreement ;)

This is basically a scam company, they took my £550 deposit then informed me my excess was £3000, the cars only worth £1500! Then 3 days later they sent an email saying they're canceling my insurance because they've been unable to verify my details? I gave them the exact same details I give every other insurance company and never had a problem, I then get informed my deposit is being used to cover admin fees, then get an email if I pay extra they may be able to stop my cancellation! I contacted my bank and they refunded me straight away and also told me I'm not the first person who has contacted them about this company! Avoid at any cost!

Worst insurance I have ever seen, please don't waste your money on this insurance. Their terms and conditions are horrible anything you have to pay fees for everything, any changes you want to make you have to pay fees

Made me cry after being a brand new car driver, first car, new insurance and found out the car was faulty, I only had the insurance for a week, they charged me extra to cancel my insurance. Was left really upset and confused. Robbing bastards should be ashamed of themselves.

Avoid like the plague ...they do not answer the phone i have been transferred around for more than 1hour 45min i am currently still listening to music, they use a management company to field calls , i have NEVER had such a bad experiance with any Insurance company, goodness know how you would get by if you needed to claim and get everything sorted, i only have a question about my tools cover Take my advise and look elsewhere ....its not worth the few quid you save using this company.
