“I'm not happy with them. They changed my NO CLAIMS BONUS date so to decrease it . And blamed my previous insurer for it.”

“for my car insurance. I used a comparison website , chose insure wiser and paid nearly 300.And waited for their verbal contact within 48 hours as stated and a copy by email . Six days passed with no contact from them so I rang them and they said a detail hadn't gone over to their system and they needed another £75 which I paid as the old insurance policy was due to end the following day. totally shambolic”

“I paid car insurance in June for the year I was offered a new car They charged me £138 for change over That amount plus the years insurance already paid was way over the top for new car Quotes already given to me was £160 £180 £200 etc I've been robbed They had me over a barrel The woman said Why pay the insurance if you were changing your car I hadn't contemplated getting a new car at that time There are six of us with cars we will not be insured with you next year Or in any future years poor customer service”

“had my insurance last year with excess 550 was ok about it but this year they put my excess up to 1750 haven't made a claim and insurance price was 145 more than last year whats the use in having no claimes discounts when companys like this try to rip you of wont use them again still waiting for conformation of my no claims to give to new insurance company which they said they would email me so stay well away from this cow boy outfit”

“Please be very careful with this company there quotes are very very high and then please also watch out for the all of the added extras as well. Just to Top it all the customer service is appalling and very rude. In the end I cancelled my policy and took a hit, But got my car insure way cheaper else where.”

“Very disappointed in the service. Bewiser were happy to accept my commitment to take out a policy without explaining fully what Information they needed for me to be covered. Any changes carried an administration fee and even after cancelling the policy fees were still being taken from my account.”

“After waiting so long on the phone every time to speak with the correct department I was getting very fed up with them. Then after an accident they said my NCB was reduced from 9 to 6 years. When it was time to renew I found cheaper and when I received a call from Be Wiser I was asked to hold on a sec whilst being transferred to the renewals department. This time became 4 minutes and on advising that I would not be renewing with them I was told NCB is only 4 years. So glad to go elsewhere.”

“They insured me based upon an assumption then made my life hell trying to justify their mistake in guessing I had ncd through company car. No I have cancelled they have had my money for 2 weeks and will not issue a refund AVOID IF POSSIBLE”

“Never used them before and I found them expensive so will shop around again next time. a lot of faffing around asking for info when I had given it already so not overly impressed but you only no how good they are when you have an accident.”

“Overly expensive. Too many brokers to deal with when I needed help and all they could say was . We will look into it!!! Never did. Moving on now to a proper friendly company who REALY care about the people who pay thee wages.”
