When I first tried to open a policy I made a mistake in the application, this was eventually realised by both myself and yr company,after discussion with one of your helpful advisors the original policy was cancelled and a new one set up all happening on the same day by Barclays visa debit card. Unfortunately Barclays then paid you in full for both policies! I quickly emailed your advisors who also quickly responded promising to reimburse me the cancelled policy. Unfortunately I still have not received that money...still waiting 8 months later,please see the transactions from that time..

Actual price was dearer than quoted on web site. Offer included a money back voucher which I have never received.

Insurance provider not responded after holding the line for 45 minutes and when they did after taking details all over again not provided the service I was expecting . They did not even have the courtesy to call me. Very frustrated when I did not get the service when needed most

Vehicle went into the back of me whilst I was stationary with handbrake on. Settlement and repairs seem to be going through smoothly.

50 years of driving, with a 5 year break, I never made a claim and I haven't had to make a claim with my present insurance. I will be looking for the cheapest insurance when this one runs out.

Thought it was ok until I found out policy didn't automatically renew.... Found out the bad way too! A letter or an email would have been nice to say renewal not automatic...

I paid for a year and as long as I have no claim.. they don't bother me !!! If I had a problem... I don't know.

too many phone calls leaving messages saying the same thing with words like it may invalidate your insurance if you do not call

I was no happy with the company and there way they dealt with you when there was a problem the only answer you got from them was nothing they could do so I can not recommend them to anyone

It is now June and you ask me to leave areveiw from last September ???? Do you know how many sleeps and crisis' I have had since then I can't even remember if I had insurance let alone who with and if its any good too busy getting on with life

Great difficulty in getting all relevant documents to them and from them. Sold my van six months into policy and it was cancelled by me. No refund or following correspondence from this company.

having given the wrong imfo on taken out the policy i was astounded when it cost more money to keep the policy for the full year i have still not had a satisfied explanation and shall not be renewing this policy with this company

sadly, insurance does increase for the young and new drivers, and they incur charges as well. one day insurance companies wont charge for the change of details, especially if you change a vehicle and remain with them. i was disappointed in the fact that i still pay more than expected and a lot more than friends of mine who have more cars a year than there are months in the year! Disappointed that i can't have a van that is not linked to a business! I play a double bass so therefore wont fit in a small car! i am persecuted because of needing a small van, be wise or any other company whether they do or don't insure vans, just give a little thought to those that need vans and are not builders or self employed...................................................
