“When I first tried to open a policy I made a mistake in the application, this was eventually realised by both myself and yr company,after discussion with one of your helpful advisors the original policy was cancelled and a new one set up all happening on the same day by Barclays visa debit card. Unfortunately Barclays then paid you in full for both policies! I quickly emailed your advisors who also quickly responded promising to reimburse me the cancelled policy. Unfortunately I still have not received that money...still waiting 8 months later,please see the transactions from that time..”
“Insurance provider not responded after holding the line for 45 minutes and when they did after taking details all over again not provided the service I was expecting . They did not even have the courtesy to call me.

“50 years of driving, with a 5 year break, I never made a claim and I haven't had to make a claim with my present insurance. I will be looking for the cheapest insurance when this one runs out.”

“sadly, insurance does increase for the young and new drivers, and they incur charges as well. one day insurance companies wont charge for the change of details, especially if you change a vehicle and remain with them. i was disappointed in the fact that i still pay more than expected and a lot more than friends of mine who have more cars a year than there are months in the year! Disappointed that i can't have a van that is not linked to a business! I play a double bass so therefore wont fit in a small car! i am persecuted because of needing a small van, be wise or any other company whether they do or don't insure vans, just give a little thought to those that need vans and are not builders or self employed...................................................”
