“We have unfortunately had to make an ongoing claim with John Lewis as our dog started to suffer with a knee problem which the vets are unsure about the cause of. John Lewis have made the claiming process quick and easy and have always been sympathetic towards our situation despite the fact we have made claims through our own vet, a referal vet and a separate physio. I would defiantly renew with them and recommend to others.”
