Great customer service staff, Jamie Simms was brilliant on the phone, explained everything very well m, though there was a delay he took full ownership and provided great help to get me sorted with insurance.

Katie I at Ladybird was terrific today. My experiences with Ladybird before chatting with her was quite frustrating but she was really helpful, sorted my policy change quickly and called me back when she said she would. Credit to the team and is solely the reason I didn’t get a new policy elsewhere. Thanks again Katie!

Takes way too long. After you do your quote online then you have to call. Took a total of 59 minutes to do a simple quote and pay. But the call handler did try her best

Gerry explained very well what was involved in the insurance and I could send him my check codes, license and ncd to his email which was simpler than downloading it via ladybirds system
