“I had a query about my policy and had waited for over an hour the first time I phoned and had to hang up. The second time I phoned at 9am and my call was answered straight away by a very helpful pleasant young man called Dave. He explained everything I wanted to know in a patient and calm manner. I have taken off one star for the initial long wait.”

“After a difficult start with some telephony problems and no contact from another staff member, #Jodie, contacted me very promptly and understood my concerns, clarified all points and promptly dealt with the outstanding issue. Jodie was very clear and straight to the point, which is what was needed, to solve the issue, well done and thank you.”
