“Very disappointed with ladybird insurance. I paid £541 in full for my insurance. I changed my car 2 and a half months later and they would only give me a £230 refund. Plus it will take 30 days!! I will Never use these Rip off merchants again. Compare the market should not be promoting this company”

“Extremely gratefully that ladybird came in with a price which beat all other providers. Length of call was to long and advertised price changed on application. Would recommend ladybird on price, but should stick to the price advertised”

“Good price and decent service. You can only buy over phone, not online which is not clear from the website. Also the phone call took a long time and was heavy on trying to sell "extras" which was annoying.”

“They didn't actually each year they say for some reason they cant do something, give a reason why it cant happen then promise that next year they will be able to do better. for a change my actual insurance went down this year so did my payments - Not by much but knowing it would cost me more initially to start again from scratch they have you by the short and curlys. well I renewed this year but if I dont get what I ask for next year then I will be going else where. so you had better have made notes as you said you had and keep your promise to do your BEST NO BETTER THAN THIS YEAR”
