1. Kept sending sms for proof they already had. Harrasing:) 2. They tried to increase premium. 3. You complete the details on line and get prices from comparison sites. Then ladybird call you back and ask for the same details. Prices can change too at the end of that call. 4. Couldn't insure me the following year despite not claiming.

Usually get through quickly but tried phoning each day this week with no luck. 20 minutes is far too long to wait!

Generally a but disappointed with the service. Kept on hold for ages on every attempt to get through. BUT #Andy saved the day - he really was helpful even though it wasnt his department. If i hadnt spoken to him and recieved such assistance I would have taken my business elsewhere

Absolute nightmare signing up for car insurance. Hours and hours of phone calls, their technology is useless, phone system cuts out and crackles. the most stressful company i have ever dealt with. but they are cheap. otherwise i would go elsewhere.

Such a laborious process and call handler unwilling to deviate from the stilted script. This is the longest it has ever taken me to purchase insurance and I won't be doing so this way again.

I had to pay £200 to cancel my policy, after being with them over a year. They do have great customer service but the amount they charge to cancel is insane! Being a business build for new drivers - it's absurd!
