“Very good customer service and experience from Sailesh patel helped me out with everything I needed today very quick with his help didn't keep me long on the phone got through the quote quickly and efficient happy customer would recommend!”

“I took out a policy online for my second year with MCE and mistakenly renewed my policy a day later than when my old policy ran out leaving me uninsured for a day. Sailesh noticed the mistake and rang me to make the correction. He also protected my no claims bonus free of charge. For this, I am very happy with the service and I will look to continue using MCE in the years to come.”

“MCE are amazing! What an excellent quote I got! Super happy with them. I got a great deal. One person totally made my day and that was David Halliday. What an asset to your company he is. After a few calls from several other insurance providers; which can get quite stressful in its own right, it was so refreshing to speak to someone who took time to go through my application with care and patience. I didn’t feel rushed at all which is usually the case with insurance companies. He provided me with a quote with/without car extras, I never had my bank card to hand, I had to do a transfer whilst on the phone and he was just really patient with me. Thank you David, I was having a stressful time looking for quotes and you made it so much easier for me.”

“I spoke to a woman called Kerry this week and I don't think I've come across someone more helpfully. Customer service skills second to none. Lots of good advice about the best ways to insure a brand new bike and the pros/cons of new/second hand(without having to sit on hold at all) If this is the level of service that mce provides I can see many happy years of my custom !!!!!”
