While the renewal process was eventually straight forward (online technical glitch caused delay) the price rise of almost 50% has been difficult to justify.

Only thing that consistently lets mce down is the lack of human communication. It’s extremely difficult to speak to someone. The portal at one point was impossible to access, consequently I could not view my policy. Problem was resolved after finally getting someone on the phone. Communication is key! So I feel improvements need to be made.

Online portal doesn't work most of the time. This needs look at as it saves having to phone up.

I was with you ( Sabre Insurance) last year and was quoted a good price for the first year back after many years and had no complaints about the regular contact i got. This years quote from you had gone up £70 and when i rang to discuss it i was told there was nothing the could do about the price. I went on a comparison site and got the same cover same insurer for £40 less than your quote which is a bit baffling to me. The bike is only on the road for 6 months so i am going to get the best price i can. When i asked about flexible cover i was told to try Subscribe and Ride but being a fair weather rider for pleasure at short notice i thought that it wasn't suitable

Good company been with for years but I don’t like not being able to talk to a advisor everything is going automated and it really impacts my cost a advisor can search competitive prices not everyone has great I.T skills.When up for renewal a advisor can search out a good deal for you on a new policy.

Can't carry pilion passengers on a super sport? I have 10 yrs no claims could make some exceptions

My cover was less than last year but trying to get on the portal was a pain in the but. it took me three diffrent numbers to get through on the phone and even then I still couldn't renew over the phone .eventually I had to make up a new portal login and once I got in to it it was easy to renew my policy. Mce phone calls are so much easier than your portal sign in (needs sorted).

Login not good refused to accept my E mail address, the very same one that was used to inform me of the renewal. !!!!!! Very frustrating.

Price has gone up lot. Your web site for renewal of my policy just sent me round in circles and left me at the point of cancelling my policy. I ended up ringing to renew . The person i spoke to was very helpful and did his job and got me sorted in half the time than the time i spent online. GET YOUR WEB SITE SORTED. !! PLease !!.

Happy with your cover and how promptly my theft claim was sorted, enabling me to get back on the road asap. This year you forgot to contact me for renewal which caused me grief, and I miss your excellent sales dept; getting a quote online was a drag.

Hi, the customer service is good I have insured with MCE since 2016 all bikes I have; and the prices still high and higher.

Good price, but horrible service - no way to discuss your quote or policy with a person. Their online system also breaks down about 50% of the time so you can’t access your quote or policy - and can’t call to sort something out.
