“Arranging renewal was easy and customer service was excellent. The major problem that MCE need to address is the last two years I've had to make numerous phone calls to get them to put insurance details on government insurance website.”

“Cheapest quote given for my fzr 600 ,only niggle was inputting my date of birth. Screen would not let me do manually, I had to scroll back nearly 60 years on the calendar !! Totally unnecessary in my opinion”

“I can't believe that you want a review from me when I have had my policy with you for less than 24 hours and have never spoken to or tried to speak to a customer service representative. Ask me in 11 months time, or after I have tried to make a claim. Meanwhile, I have given you a possibly generous 4 stars as your price was the lowest I have ever been quoted.”

“Great product and great price. You've got to sort your wait times out though guys for policy renewal calls. I imagine you are working on it and I do hope that you manage to improve on it. It wouldn't stop me using you again but it will definitely put some folk off. Online renewal has to be the answer or just employ more agents, which is great for human beings of course but perhaps not so great for the bottom line!”

“A bit of a long wait on the phone to get through but insurance was a good price and it covered everything that needs to be, I'd say an improvement would be for the advisor on the phone to speak more slowly and clearly but I do appreciate how busy they are, but all in all I'm happy”
